Was ist ein Repair Café?
Dabei handelt es sich um Veranstaltungen, die nicht-kommerziell organisiert werden und bei denen Fachleute aus den unterschiedlichsten Sparten ehrenamtlich mitarbeiten. Diese stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und helfen den Besucher*innen, die mitgebrachten Dinge selbst zu reparieren. Dafür wird Werkzeug zur Verfügung gestellt, das kostenlos verwendet werden kann. Mitgebracht kann alles werden, was transportabel ist. E-Geräte, Kleidung, Spielzeug, Computer, Handys, Möbel, Fahrräder und noch vieles mehr. Das Repair Café kann zwar nicht versprechen, dass die Reparatur am Ende erfolgreich ist, der Lernerfolg ist jedoch gewiss: Die Einstellung zu dem Wert von Dingen wird sich bei den Besucher*innen verändern und die Bereitschaft, diesen eine zweite Chance zu geben steigen.
Worum geht‘s?
Repair Cafés sind offene Treffen, bei denen die Teilnehmenden gemeinsam defekte Haushaltsgeräte, Textilien u.v.m. reparie­ren und voneinander lernen. Geselligkeit und eine stressfreie Atmosphäre sind genauso wichtig wie die Weitergabe von Wissen.
Wie geht das?
·                    Repair Cafés sind ehrenamtliche Veranstaltungen und ver­stehen sich als Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe. Es wird unter fachkundiger Anleitung selbst repariert.
·                    Repair Cafés sind kein gewerbliches Reparatur-Service, hier kann nichts abgeben und später wieder abgeholt werden. Weder kostenlos noch gegen Geld.
·                    Kostenlos, ohne Gewährleistung.
·                    Bitte alles mitnehmen was zum Testen des Gerätes notwendig ist. (Bedienungsanleitung, Stromkabel, Tonträger, die Person, die das Gerät zuletzt benutzt hat, ...)
Freiwillige Helferinnen und Helfer, sowohl technisch als auch organisatorisch, sind jederzeit herzlich willkommen.
Bis zu 200 Euro Reparaturbonus
Ist eine gewerbliche Reparatur notwendig, hilft der Reparaturbonus des Klimaschutzministeriums. Dieser fördert gewerbliche Reparaturen diverser Elektrogeräte mit 50 Prozent der Kosten und beträgt pro Fall maximal 200 Euro.

What is a Repair Café?
These are events that are organized on a non-commercial basis and at which experts from a wide range of fields work on a voluntary basis. They provide advice and assistance and help visitors to repair the items they have brought along themselves. Tools are provided for this purpose and can be used free of charge. You can bring anything that is transportable. Electrical appliances, clothing, toys, computers, cell phones, furniture, bicycles and much more. Although the Repair Café cannot promise that the repair will be successful in the end, the learning outcome is certain: visitors' attitude towards the value of things will change and their willingness to give them a second chance will increase.
What is it all about?
Repair Cafés are open meetings where participants repair broken household appliances, textiles and much more together and learn from each other. Socializing and a stress-free atmosphere are just as important as passing on knowledge.
How does it work?
- Repair Cafés are voluntary events and are designed to help people help themselves. People repair things themselves under expert guidance.
- Repair Cafés are not a commercial repair service; nothing can be handed in here and picked up again later. Neither free of charge nor for money.
- Free of charge, without warranty.
- Please bring everything you need to test the device. (Operating instructions, power cable, sound carrier, the person who last used the device, ...)
Volunteers, both technical and organizational, are always welcome.
Up to 200 euros repair bonus
If a commercial repair is necessary, the repair bonus from the Ministry of Climate Protection can help. This subsidizes commercial repairs of various electrical appliances with 50 percent of the costs and amounts to a maximum of 200 euros per case.

Co je Repair Café?
Jedná se o akce, které jsou organizovány na nekomerční bázi a na kterých dobrovolně pracují odborníci z nejrůznějších oblastí. Poskytují rady a pomoc a pomáhají návštěvníkům opravit věci, které si sami přinesli. K tomuto účelu je k dispozici nářadí, které lze používat zdarma. Přinést si můžete cokoli, co je přenosné. Elektrické spotřebiče, oblečení, hračky, počítače, mobilní telefony, nábytek, jízdní kola a mnoho dalšího. Přestože Repair Café nemůže slíbit, že oprava bude nakonec úspěšná, výsledek učení je jistý: změní se postoj návštěvníků k hodnotě věcí a zvýší se jejich ochota dát jim druhou šanci.
O čem to celé je?
Repair Café jsou otevřená setkání, na kterých účastníci společně opravují rozbité domácí spotřebiče, textil a mnoho dalšího a učí se jeden od druhého. Společenský kontakt a atmosféra bez stresu jsou stejně důležité jako předávání znalostí.
Jak to funguje?
- Repair Cafés jsou dobrovolné akce a jejich cílem je pomoci lidem, aby si pomohli sami. Lidé si věci opravují sami pod odborným vedením.
- Repair Cafés nejsou komerční opravárenskou službou; nic zde nelze odevzdat a později opět vyzvednout. Ani zdarma, ani za peníze.
- Zdarma, bez záruky.
- Přineste si prosím vše, co potřebujete k otestování zařízení. (Návod k obsluze, napájecí kabel, zvukový nosič, osobu, která zařízení naposledy používala, ...).
Dobrovolní pomocníci, a to jak techničtí, tak organizační, jsou vždy vítáni.
Bonus za opravu až 200 eur
Pokud je nutná komerční oprava, může vám pomoci bonus na opravu od Ministerstva ochrany klimatu. Ten dotuje komerční opravy různých elektrospotřebičů 50 procenty nákladů a činí maximálně 200 eur na jeden případ.
